Steve Sims - Managing Director In the brewing industry for over 20 years, former Free Trade Sales Manager of Adnams, bought the brewery on March 1st 2000.
Alison Sims - Company Secretary Long suffering wife of Steve, really wanted a tearoom but happy with a brewery.
Steve Birch - Head Brewer Has been head brewer for 12 years, worked for Mauldons for 21 years.
James Mauldon - Assistant Brewer Son of the former owners, Peter and Jane Mauldon, and an accomplished brewer in his own right. Chief taster!

Daisy first joined Mauldons almost 20 years ago!
Angie Hewitt - Sales Administrator Angie joined the team at Mauldons in January 2002. She previously worked at Adnams Brewery in Southwold for 15 years. During this time Angie worked with the sales team moving from Telesales to Cellar Service and then to Sales Team Coordinator, where she worked with Steve Sims on Free Trade Sales and also with the National Sales Team.
